We’re hiring an experienced Amazon Account Handler to handle European FBA Seller Central accounts (mainly Germany). This role is in-house and requires hands-on expertise to grow sales, manage account health, and lead reinstatement processes when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EU Seller Central account (focus on Germany – DE).
  • Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, keywords, A+ Content, images, flat files).
  • Plan, run, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns to boost traffic and sales while controlling ACoS.
  • Improve organic ranking through keyword research, conversion optimization, and content updates.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and seasonal sales strategies.
  • Monitor and maintain account health (performance metrics, policy compliance).
  • Handle appeals, reinstatements, and rights management (IP complaints, ASIN suspensions, strikes). (Strong expertise required here.)
  • Manage customer support escalations for EU customers (English required).
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports (sales, traffic, PPC, ranking, account health).

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Amazon Seller Central (Europe – DE preferred).
  • Proven success with PPC campaigns, ranking improvements, and sales growth.
  • Strong expertise in Amazon account health, reinstatements, and suspension appeals.
  • Hands-on listing optimization (SEO for Amazon, A+ Content, Brand Registry).
  • Practical knowledge of FBA workflows (shipments, inventory planning, support cases).
  • Strong reporting & analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Fluent English (verbal & written). German is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
